Service BDC Agent

The Service BDC Agent will do the following:
- Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally
- Determine customer’s primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity
- Work with Service Advisors to ensure all customers are scheduled efficiently and timely
- Make outbound calls to existing customers for follow-up or to schedule maintenance due on vehicle
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Will problem solve and communicate with customers (written and verbal)
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Attend Training Sessions and Meetings as required.
The Service BDC Agent will possess the following:
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous inbound/outbound customer service, call center experience a must
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Proficient computer skills, ability to manage multiple systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team-oriented
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

The Service BDC Agent Roles has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.50 and $17.50. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
