Service Call Center Agent Role

Pasadena, CA

The Service BDC Agent will do the following:

  • Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally
  • Determine customer’s primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment
  • Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity
  • Work with Service Advisors to ensure all customers are scheduled efficiently and timely
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers for follow-up or to schedule maintenance due on vehicle
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Will problem solve and communicate with customers (written and verbal)
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Attend Training Sessions and Meetings as required.

The Service BDC Agent will possess the following:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous inbound/outbound customer service, call center experience a must
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Proficient computer skills, ability to manage multiple systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team-oriented
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

The Service BDC Agent Roles has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $17.00.  The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
