Toyota of Pasadena

Toyota Pasadena is seeking an experienced Sales Lot Supervisor for a family-owned and operated Toyota dealership.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Trains sales department porters.

-Compares serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice.

-Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.

-Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt.

-Parks new vehicles in assigned areas.

-Catalogs and stores keys.

-Assigns stock control numbers to cars.

-Moves sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order.

-Delivers sold vehicles to the vehicle preparation department.

-Services vehicles in storage to protect tires, battery, and finish against deterioration.

-Maintains new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.

-Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.

-Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general sales manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.

-Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing debris as necessary.

-Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.

-Makes key tags for vehicles.

-Walks the lot daily and reports to management any lot damage.

-Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

-Must have a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience.

-Strong organizational skills

-Good verbal and written communication skills

The Sales Lot Supervisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $25.00 and $25.00.
